One Breath: Flute as Meditation

Aaron-binderup.jpg

Drawing from a background in zen and somatics, Aaron will teach a class on flute as meditation. Many of us are attracted to the flute not only for its musicality, but also because of its profound effect on our state of mind; because it is while playing that the chatter of the mind settles and our sense of calm and connection grows. In this class we will discuss how to develop a meditative connection with the flute and how this enhances our playing (and life).  Bring a flute of any key or type. Any level of experience welcome.
